1. General Terms & Acceptance

1.1. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with np77, including but not limited to account registration, financial transactions, gaming activities, bonus participation, and customer support interactions.

1.2. np77 operates as an online gaming platform licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming activities conducted through np77 are subject to PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming laws.

1.3. By creating an account or using np77 services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction.

1.4. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms applicable to specific np77 services.

1.5. np77 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion, with or without providing reasons, subject to applicable law.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with np77. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and strictly enforced. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify your age. Accounts registered by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately terminated, and all funds forfeited.

2.2. Jurisdictional Restrictions

np77 services are intended exclusively for residents of the Philippines. You represent and warrant that you are physically located within Philippine territory when accessing np77 services. Players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are not permitted to register or use np77 services.

2.3. Account Registration Requirements

2.4. Identity Verification (KYC)

2.5. Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted only one account with np77. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method are strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds and winnings.

3. Account Security & Responsibilities

3.1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your np77 account credentials, including username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party.

3.2. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify np77 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3. np77 will never ask you to provide your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any such request should be considered fraudulent and reported immediately.

3.4. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are secure when accessing np77 services. Use of public computers or unsecured networks poses security risks for which np77 bears no responsibility.

3.5. np77 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption and secure payment processing. However, no system is completely immune to security breaches, and np77 shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1. np77 accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank), 7-Eleven Cliqq, cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20), and other methods displayed on the deposit page.

4.2. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in confiscation of funds and account termination.

4.3. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page and may vary by payment method. np77 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time.

4.4. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. If your deposit is not reflected within 15 minutes, contact customer support with transaction details.

4.5. np77 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider or financial institution may impose transaction fees beyond np77's control.

4.6. You acknowledge that funds deposited into your np77 account are intended exclusively for gaming purposes and not for general commercial transactions or money transmission services.

5. Withdrawals & Payout Procedures

5.1. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. Withdrawals to alternative payment methods may require additional verification.

5.2. Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier and payment method, as displayed in the cashier section.

5.3. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) are typically processed within 5-30 minutes. Bank transfers are processed within 24 hours on business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 1-6 hours.

5.4. First-time withdrawal requests require identity verification (KYC). Subsequent withdrawals may require additional verification at np77's discretion for security purposes.

5.5. Withdrawal requests may be declined if wagering requirements on deposits or bonuses have not been met, if fraud or abuse is suspected, or if account verification is incomplete.

5.6. np77 reserves the right to impose additional security checks on large withdrawal requests or requests that appear irregular. This may include phone verification or submission of additional documentation.

5.7. You are responsible for ensuring that the withdrawal destination (e-wallet account, bank account, cryptocurrency wallet) is accurate. np77 bears no responsibility for funds sent to incorrect accounts due to user error.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Terms

6.1. All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and rewards offered by np77 are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the promotions page and communicated via email or site notifications.

6.2. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or coordinated activity with other players, will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account closure.

6.3. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager bonus funds before they can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering contributions vary by game type (e.g., slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%).

6.4. Unless otherwise stated, maximum bet limits apply while wagering bonus funds. Exceeding the maximum bet (typically PHP 50-100 per spin/hand) may void bonus funds and winnings derived from them.

6.5. Bonuses have expiration dates. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period.

6.6. np77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional terms prevailing at the time of opt-in shall govern unless modifications are required by law or to prevent abuse.

6.7. Players who have self-excluded or have been restricted from promotional participation are not eligible for bonuses, even if such offers appear in their account.

7. Gaming Conduct & Fair Play

7.1. All games on np77 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are determined by RNG algorithms that cannot be predicted or manipulated by np77 or players.

7.2. You agree to use np77 services for entertainment purposes only and to play games fairly without employing fraudulent strategies, exploiting software errors, or engaging in collusion with other players.

7.3. Use of automated systems, bots, or any software designed to interface with np77 systems in ways not intended by the platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

7.4. In live dealer games, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully toward dealers and other players. Abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior will result in removal from the table and potential account suspension.

7.5. If you discover a technical error, bug, or exploit in any game or system, you must immediately cease play and report the issue to customer support. Continued exploitation of errors for financial gain constitutes fraud.

7.6. Game outcomes are final. Disputes regarding game results must be reported within 14 days of the disputed session. np77 will investigate based on game logs and server records, and our decision shall be final.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on np77 and may result in account termination, fund confiscation, and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim multiple bonuses
• Sharing account credentials or allowing third parties to access your account
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods
• Money laundering or using np77 services for illegal financial transactions
• Collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated betting with other players
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to disguise your true location
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or tampering with np77 software
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or technical errors for financial gain
• Chargebacks or payment reversals without legitimate cause
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward np77 staff or other players
• Promoting or advertising third-party services in chat or communications
• Attempting to interfere with the normal operation of np77 services

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1. All content on the np77 website and platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and game designs, is the property of np77 or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

9.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use np77 services for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to download (except for temporary caching), modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works from np77 content.

9.3. The np77 trademark, logo, and all related marks are proprietary to np77. Use of these marks without express written permission is prohibited.

9.4. You retain ownership of content you submit to np77 (such as profile information or communications), but you grant np77 a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use such content for operational purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NP77 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF NP77 SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY.

10.2. np77's aggregate liability to you for all claims related to these Terms or your use of np77 services shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

10.3. np77 is not liable for losses caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, hardware failures, telecommunications disruptions, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or actions of third-party payment processors.

10.4. You acknowledge that online gaming involves risk of financial loss. np77 does not guarantee winnings, and past performance is not indicative of future results. You participate in gaming at your own risk.

10.5. np77 is not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from our platform. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1. np77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

11.2. Grounds for immediate account termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, multiple account creation, bonus abuse, or any activity detrimental to np77's legitimate business interests.

11.3. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of np77 services. Any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and your remaining account balance (minus any forfeited bonuses or disputed amounts) will be returned to you following verification procedures.

11.4. You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Withdrawal of remaining funds is subject to standard verification and wagering requirement completion.

11.5. Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant and may incur a monthly maintenance fee of PHP 500 or 5% of the balance, whichever is less, until the account is reactivated or the balance is exhausted.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding np77 services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

12.2. All disputes must be raised within 14 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Claims made after 14 days may not be eligible for review.

12.3. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may request escalation to our management team. We will conduct a thorough investigation based on account records, game logs, and applicable policies.

12.4. np77's decision on all disputes shall be final and binding. As a condition of using np77 services, you waive any right to pursue class action lawsuits or participate in class-wide arbitration against np77.

12.5. These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings must be brought exclusively in courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

13. Responsible Gaming

13.1. np77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. Gaming should be entertainment, not a source of income or a solution to financial problems.

13.2. You acknowledge that you are participating in games of chance where the outcome is determined by random results. Long-term participation statistically favors the house edge built into each game.

13.5. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Attempts to create new accounts during self-exclusion will result in permanent ban from np77 services.

14.1. Your use of np77 services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

14.2. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including data sharing with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities where required.

14.3. np77 employs industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but you acknowledge that no electronic transmission is completely secure and you provide information at your own risk.

15. Amendments to Terms

15.1. np77 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notification.

15.2. Continued use of np77 services following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with modified Terms, you must cease using np77 services and close your account.

15.3. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms to stay informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revisions were made.

15.4. In the event of conflict between these Terms and promotional terms or game-specific rules, these General Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.
